What this module trains
Walk-Around Inspection drops the trainee onto a stand with an aircraft that may or may not be serviceable. The module trains the systematic circuit — the order that guarantees nothing is skipped — plus what a finding actually looks like on a fuselage, and how it gets classified and reported instead of being walked past.
What the trainee learns
The systematic inspection circuit and why order matters
Pre-arrival and pre-departure checks
Identifying dents, scratches, fluid leaks and missing panels
Ground damage reporting and escalation
FOD and hazard identification around the stand
Scored competencies
Every run of this module is graded on the same four criteria, so two trainees are measured on the same scale and progress is visible run over run.
Circuit coverage
Findings detected vs missed
Classification accuracy
Reporting completeness
