What this module trains
Marshalling puts the trainee on the stand, in front of a moving aircraft, with a full signal set to execute. The module covers the standardised signal vocabulary, the marshaller position that keeps you visible to the flight deck at all times, signal timing against aircraft speed, and the hand-over with wing walkers during taxi-in, parking and pushback.

Every run of this module is graded on the same four criteria, so two trainees are measured on the same scale and progress is visible run over run.
