What this module trains
Headset Communication trains the exchange between the ground crew and the flight deck during departure. Trainees run the full intercom sequence with a responding crew, using standard phraseology, read-backs and confirmations — including the cases where the answer is not the expected one and the exchange has to be corrected in real time.
